This course is 100% online and self-paced. The course is designed to help its graduates attain the basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and participate as part of a Six Sigma Team. 2.0 Measure Phase

Process Definition, Cause & Effect / Fishbone Diagrams, Process Mapping, SIPOC, Value Stream Map, X-Y Diagram, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Six Sigma Statistics, Basic Statistics

Descriptive Statistics, Normal Distributions & Normality, Graphical Analysis, Measurement System Analysis, Precision & Accuracy, Bias, Linearity & Stability, Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility

Variable & Attribute MSA, Process Capability, Capability Analysis, Concept of Stability, Attribute & Discrete Capability, and Monitoring Techniques.

3.0 Control Phase

Lean Controls, Control Methods for 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke (Mistake Proofing), Six Sigma Control Plans, Cost Benefit Analysis, Elements of the Control Plan, and Elements of the Response Plan.

Online Self-paced
The online Self-paced course has open and rolling enrollment, meaning students and candidates may apply and enroll at any time and select their own start dates. 

You can select either variation of this course. 

Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC)(Only available for Sel-paced Option). Our CSSC exams are 30-Multiple Choice Questions administered online in an open book exam format. Candidates complete these exam requirements throughout the self-paced and require a 75% to pass.

International Association For Six Sigma Certification (IASSC): The IASSC exam is 60-Multiple Choice Questions administers online in a proctored exam format.  Candidates have 120-minutes to complete the exam and score a 70% or greater to pass.

**Prior to sitting for the IASSC Proctored Exam, Altitude Career Skills Institute requires candidates to pass an IASSC mock exam. Candidates are permitted two free attempts to pass the mock exam. A fee will be incurred for additional attempts.

Exam Pass Rate: 99% CSSC
All candidates are offered an exam re-sit if they fail to achieve success on their first attempt. This is provided as a courtesy by Altitude Career Skills Institute.
