
Course Description
Our Lean Six Sigma training is accredited by the IASSC, and the CSSC. This course is 100% online and self-paced. The course is designed to help its graduates attain the basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and participate as part of a Six Sigma Team. Graduates will be proficient at employing six sigma tools in the DMAIC process.
Course Outcomes
- Develop the communication and leadership skills required to contribute to and lead small Six Sigma projects
- Develop basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma Tools to ensure Six Sigma principles are applied correctly towards process improvement projects.
- Demonstrate a thorough level of understanding of the DMAIC process.
Requirements
You can select either variation of this course.
Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC): Our CSSC exams are 30-Multiple Choice Questions administered online in an open book exam format. Candidates complete these exam requirements through out the self paced and require a 75% to pass.
International Association For Six Sigma Certification (IASSC): The IASSC exam is 60-Multiple Choice Questions administers online in a proctored exam format. Candidates have 120-minutes to complete the exam and score a 70% or greater to pass.
Exam Pass Rate: 95% IASSC 99% CSSC
All candidates are offered an exam re-sit if they fail to achieve success on their first attempt. This is provided as a courtesy by Project Altitude.
