The online Self-paced course has open and rolling enrollment, meaning students and candidates may apply and enroll at any time and select their own start dates. 

There are no formal prerequisites for this course or exam. Recommended experience is 12 months of hands-on experience working with Linux servers in a junior Linux support engineer or junior cloud/DevOps support engineer job role. CompTIA A+, Network+, and Server+ or similar certifications and/or knowledge are also recommended.
