Altitude Career Skills Institute's ITIL4 Strategic Leader Boot Camp is a combination of ITIL®  4 that streamlines the modules for the ITIL4 Strategic Leader Program.  ITIL4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) is a stream of two modules that are part of ITIL 4, the next evolution of ITIL. ITIL SL recognizes the value of ITIL, not just for IT operations, but for all digitally-enabled services. Becoming an ITIL 4 Strategic Leader demonstrates that you have a clear understanding of how IT influences and directs business strategy.

• This course will have two modules.
  • ITIL 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve
  • ITIL 4 Leader Digital and IT Strategy.
  • Once you complete part one and two, you will be awarded the designation of ITIL4 Strategic Leader.
  • This course also includes ITIL4 Foundations for Candidates that do not already hold the certification. Please notify our support team via email if you do not have this prerequisite.

ITIL4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS)

This module focuses on the importance and challenges of creating an appropriate digital strategy to enable the success of businesses and how it can (and should) be integrated to the IT strategy and aligned with the wider organization’s goals. It explores the use of ITIL framework to support organizations in their digital transformation journey by providing a structured and flexible approach for addressing service management challenges and utilizing the potential of modern technology to get the most value from digital technology. It also adds a new perspective to the ITIL suite and elevates the discussion around ITIL concepts to the very strategic level among companies and business leaders.

ITIL4 Strategist: Direct, Plan & Improve (DPI)

The ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) qualification is intended to provide the candidate with the practical skills necessary to create a ‘learning and improving’ IT organization, with a strong and effective strategic direction. Furthermore, provide practitioners with a practical and strategic method for planning and delivering continual improvement with the necessary agility.

ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader (SL)

To obtain the designation ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, you must complete all modules in each stream, with ITIL Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve being a universal module for both streams. Once the candidate completes ITIL Foundation, ITIL4 DPI, and ITIL DITS, they will be awarded the designation of ITIL4 SL.

Our Boot Camps are self-paced to meet the busy schedule demands of our professional learners.  When you complete the Enrollment Application Form, enter the date you would like to start the program.  Not sure on date? Thats ok, choose one and feel free to move it left or right up to 72-hours prior to the start date.

Boot Camps are academic intensive programs designed to get you certified and ready to elevate your career quickly.  Altitude Career Skills Institute encourages you to complete the program within 6-months.  Programs are flexible and extensions are available upon request.

Boot Camp Length: approximately 80-hours.

Please note that this course requires the completion of a proctored exam, so you must have a webcam in working condition, or you will not be able to take the test.  The webcam will remain on during the test, and the video of your exam will be captured throughout the test. Additionally, a working headphone, or system microphone to connect to audio is required. The test works with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox and other popular browsers. 

Do I need to have experience in ITSM to enroll in the boot camp?

No, prior experience is not required to enroll in our Boot Camps.  Altitude Career Skills Institute has designed its programs to elevate all professionals to be proficient practitioners in their selected field, starting from scratch!

Do you offer financing options to cover the tuition?

Where are the boot camps held?

Boot Camps are held 100% online using our learning management system and virtual classroom.

How long are they and when does the next one start?

Boot Camp lengths can vary.  Altitude Career Skills Institute encourages learners to complete their program in 6-months so they can begin to elevate their career; however, programs are flexible and extensions always available.

What happens if I cannot or do not complete the program?

If you cannot complete the program., your position and progress in the program will be saved so you can return at any point.  You will be awarded certifications for the programs you have completed up until the point you dropped out of the Boot Camp so long as you left in good standings.

How long will I have access to the courses?

Access to the courses on our platform have an expiration date of 6-months. Candidates can extend this on a month to month basis. Tuition & fees paid to extend courses will be credited to the candidate should they choose to enroll in another program.
