Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ Trainer (RBLP™-T) is for Senior Leaders
Organizations need senior leaders that can build resilient teams, facilitate team learning, and support organizational learning. Organizations stay competitive by growing their capabilities. Both organizational learning and change are hard to do. Supporting organizational learning makes change possible and enables competitive advantage.
Senior leaders are responsible for cross-functional objectives and results. They may provide guidance and direction to one or more middle managers. Senior leaders support organizational learning and change. They develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization’s vision. Senior leaders have substantial relevant expertise and experience. An organization may have multiple layers of senior leadership.
These courses are 100% online and self-paced. Instructors are available to help you through content areas by request. Exam preparation training and study for this certification is approximately eight (8) to ten (10) hours.
Civilian: Applicants for RBLP-T certification must be currently serving in a senior leader role or have previously served in a senior leader role.
Military Equivalent Paygrades: O3+, W2+, & E7+

- You will receive an approved training letter from RBLP HQ, forward the approval letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Enroll in your APPROVED course. Additionally, Project Altitude will forward you a link to enroll if we are notified by the credentialing body beforehand.
Each applicant will sit for an oral exam in which they will be required to show competence of factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural knowledge (how) in their respective domains.
Length: 3.5 hours
Please note that this course requires the completion of an oral exam, so you must have a webcam in working condition, or you will not be able to take the test. The webcam will remain on during the test, and the video of your exam will be captured throughout the test. Additionally, a working headphone, or system microphone to connect to audio is required. The test works with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox and other popular browsers.
