Altitude Career Skills Institute's ITIL4 Managing Professional Boot Camp is a combination of ITIL®  4 that streamlines all four modules that are part of ITIL®  4 MP Training Program.  The ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Course, has been created for IT practitioners working within technology and digital teams across businesses. The Managing Professional (MP) stream provides practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT enabled services, teams and workflows.

When you complete our program, you will:

• This course will have four modules, which you can buy together. Part I and/or part II include ITIL4 Foundations for candidates that do not already hold the certification. Please notify our support team via email if you do not have this prerequisite.

ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create Deliver and Support (CDS)

The ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support examination is intended to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of ITIL 4 to the creation, delivery and support of services, as described in the syllabus below, to be awarded the ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support qualification.

ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV)

The purpose of the ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value Qualification is to provide the candidate with an understanding of all types of engagement and interactions between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners, including key CX, UX and journey mapping concepts.

ITIL4 Strategist: Direct, Plan & Improve (DPI)

The ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) qualification is intended to provide the candidate with the practical skills necessary to create a ‘learning and improving’ IT organization, with a strong and effective strategic direction. Furthermore, provide practitioners with a practical and strategic method for planning and delivering continual improvement with the necessary agility.

ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT)

The ITIL 4 High-Velocity IT (HVIT) qualification is intended to provide the candidate with an understanding of the ways in which digital organizations and digital operating models function in high velocity environments, focusing on rapid delivery of products & services to obtain maximum value. The qualification will provide the candidate with an understanding of working practices such as Agile and Lean, and technical practices and technologies such as ‘the cloud’, automation, and automatic testing.

COMPLETION

ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP)

To obtain the designation ITIL 4 Managing Professional, you must complete all modules in each stream, with ITIL Strategist being a universal module for both streams. Once the candidate has completed ITIL4 Foundations, ITIL4 DSV, ITIL4 CDS, ITI4 DPI, and ITIL4 HVIT, they will be awarded the designation of ITIL4 MP.

6. Review our Training & Exam Policies and Check the box.

Our Boot Camps are self-paced to meet the busy schedule demands of our professional learners.  When you complete the Enrollment Application Form, enter the date you would like to start the program.  Not sure on date? Thats ok, choose one and feel free to move it left or right up to 72-hours prior to the start date.

Boot Camps are academic intensive programs designed to get you certified and ready to elevate your career quickly.  Altitude Career Skills Institute encourages you to complete the program within 6-months.  Programs are flexible and extensions are available upon request.

Boot Camp Length: approximately 80-hours.

Please note that this course requires the completion of a proctored exam, so you must have a webcam in working condition, or you will not be able to take the test.  The webcam will remain on during the test, and the video of your exam will be captured throughout the test. Additionally, a working headphone, or system microphone to connect to audio is required. The test works with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox and other popular browsers. 

You must hold an ITIL 4 Foundations Certification to sit for this certification exam.

Do I need to have experience in ITSM to enroll in the boot camp?

No, prior experience is not required to enroll in our Boot Camps.  Altitude Career Skills Institute has designed its programs to elevate all professionals to be proficient practitioners in their selected field, starting from scratch!

Where are the boot camps held?

Boot Camps are held 100% online using our learning management system and virtual classroom.

How long are they and when does the next one start?

Boot Camp lengths can vary.  Altitude Career Skills Institute encourages learners to complete their program in 6-months so they can begin to elevate their career; however, programs are flexible and extensions always available.

What happens if I cannot or do not complete the program?

If you cannot complete the program., your position and progress in the program will be saved so you can return at any point.  You will be awarded certifications for the programs you have completed up until the point you dropped out of the Boot Camp so long as you left in good standings.

How long will I have access to the courses?

Access to the courses on our platform have an expiration date of 6-months. Candidates can extend this on a month to month basis. Tuition & fees paid to extend courses will be credited to the candidate should they choose to enroll in another program.
