DoD Credentialing Opportunities Online

The DoD Credentialing Opportunities Online (COOL) program provides funding for military service members to earn a professional certification.

Project Altitude's select certification programs are approved for members of the U.S. Army (Active Duty and Reserve) and National Guard, and the U.S. Air Force.

Military service members can earn their certification no matter where they are stationed globally because our training courses and certification exams can all be conducted online.

Eligibility and funding criteria are determined by each military service. Visit their websites below to learn more.
